Welcome to Fish Trap Farm

We’re a conservation-minded family raising AKC-registered Great Pyrenees and pasture-raised rainbow eggs on a small farm along the Holston River. Before we started Fish Trap, the 100-year-old farm was, like so many similar properties across Tennessee, targeted by developers who wanted to cover its nature rich soil and woods with almost 500 homes. The community pushed back and won. For that and this 123-acre breathtaking slice of East Tennessee, we are grateful.
